PREMIUM SERVICE
We offer an exceptional level of service to all our clients however, we understand that some clients require more in terms of support and, some clients have more complex needs.
The Premium Service is available to those clients who require more than our normal service, this might be meetings outside of normal office hours, the ability to contact us outside of normal office hours and/or the support and attention needed for a complicated purchase transaction. The service is available to anyone borrowing £250,000 or more. This level of service is perfect for those clients that require a level of service that is bespoke and truly tailored to their needs.
Our premium service – what's included
Our premium service offers the following additional services (compared to our core service)
- Specialised mortgage advice ideal for unique or more complex situation
- Availability tailored to suit your schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Access to your adviser outside of our normal office hours
- Access to private client bank’s bespoke policies
- Dedicated mortgage application administration
- Meetings – Two Face to Face meetings at our office are included within the package. We are also able to offer meetings at your home or workplace these are charged at £150 per hour and are available within a 15-mile radius of Witney.
- Buying Agents – we have relationships with local buying agents who can assist you with finding the right home.
- Surveyors and Solicitors – we can help connect you with solicitors and surveyors.
The Premium service fee is available to any client borrowing over £250,000.
The fee for this service is £595 (we will also receive commission from the lender)
